About the role
We are hiring a Field Service Technician to deploy and maintain data capture hardware at customer locations. Responsibilities include on-site installation, device configuration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and clear reporting back to our service desk. You will be the face of DCS at the customer site, so reliability and a customer-first attitude matter as much as technical skill.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in IT hardware support or field service - Familiarity with handheld terminals, printers and scanners - Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) - Valid UAE driving licence - Good communication skills in English
